I am trying to use analytics with campaign.

My code:
    var  tracker = GoogleAnalytics.EasyTracker.GetTracker();
    tracker.Campaign = "url campaign"
    [Send alot of events, views and others]

I dont have any data on google analytics.
(i refreshed the package in the nuget package)
  • anyone has used this feature (Campaign) ?
PS: great work with this library, i check other ones, i think this is the best to use (library interfaces), with more features

I have the exact same issue. Is there any documentation on how the Campaign string property will translate into campaign parameters on the Measurement Protocol?

My team will implement that now with regards to the Measurements Protocol specification and then we will make a pull request.

  • i am testing now the new feature
  • Tomorrow i share the results (the analytics don't process campaign right on time)

i test the campaign yesterday.
the code
var tracker = GoogleAnalytics.EasyTracker.GetTracker();
tracker.CampaignContent = "contenttest";
tracker.CampaignId = "idtest";
tracker.CampaignKeyword = "keyword";
tracker.CampaignMedium = "mediumName";
tracker.CampaignName = "Campaign";
tracker.CampaignSource = "News";
// send a lot od views, events and others
today, nothing happen in my analytics... the campaign was not tracked
  • Is there a specifc flow to use campaign ? Like set data before initialize or something like that ?
  • Anyone has used and work, and have example ?
